This morning

This morning Jeremy was gone by 6:30 for some scout training he has all day. So when 7:00 came around and Laney was calling for mama or dadda I was the only one who was around to respond and go get her out of her crib. Urgg. I was tired from staying up and watching the movie Vantage Point (good flick!). Plus I was bummed b/c our family was planning on going to the local Shoreline cleanup today but we canceled that b/c of this last minute scout ordeal. Anyway, she said the cutest thing, "Mama, where are you?" Like we were playing hide and go seek or something. I guess I was taking too long to get up and get her. It put a smile on my face and helped start the day off right!
