On Wednesday we made our way north toward Canyon Lake. We rented a 3 bedroom cabin right by the lake for 3 nights. After a more fast paced start of the week, we wanted to end on a more relaxing note. Mission Accomplished!! It was nothing but pure family time, which was exactly what we needed.
We took a little hike through the woods down to a secluded part of the lake. Being on the water reminded me of the ocean in Florida and the bay in San Francisco. I was quickly reminded how much I miss the water. I felt such peace that evening with my family. I could have stayed there forever!
